Welcome to Insang Song's webpage. I am a spatial scientist interested in the impact of socioenvironmental nexus on human health. I work in the Department of Geography at Seoul National University in Seoul, Republic of Korea (South) as an assistant professor (tenure-track). My research and work interests include spatial data science, health/medical geography, spatiotemporal analysis, environmental health, geocomputation, and causal inference.

2026-03-21: SONG LAB members participated in the 2026 AAG Annual Meeting. Two oral presentations and one poster presentation were held.

2026-03-20: SONG LAB receives a research grant from the Ministry of Science and ICT for three years (Mar. 2026-Feb. 2029). More info and recruiting schedules will come.
